Mining Operations Supervisor

CloudMint Technologies is hiring a Mining Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operation of the GPU and digital asset mining hardware we manage for clients. Reporting to Maya Srinivasan, you will lead technicians and keep hardware running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise technicians operating mining and high-density compute hardware
  • Monitor uptime, hash rate, power and cooling
  • Coordinate hardware deployment, repairs and replacements
  • Maintain inventory and maintenance records
  • Enforce safety procedures for electrical and hardware work
  • Report performance to clients and management

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising data center, mining or hardware operations
  • Understanding of power distribution and cooling systems
  • Familiarity with mining hardware or GPU servers
  • Strong organisation and leadership skills
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Able to work on site in Texas and join an on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Kubernetes and cloud platforms
  • Write infrastructure as code
  • Build CI/CD and GitOps pipelines
  • Improve monitoring and alerting
  • Respond to incidents
  • Document platforms and runbooks

Qualifications

  • Experience as a platform, DevOps or SRE engineer
  • Kubernetes experience
  • Terraform or similar infrastructure as code
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Scripting in Python, Go or Bash
  • Able to work from our Mission office on a hybrid schedule
